Rosalinda Anguiano

Rosalinda is a singer and music teacher with experience teaching children and adults of all ages.  She specializes in teaching voice in classical, musical theater and pop styles at all levels, as well as beginning piano and early childhood music. She is dedicated inspiring a love for music in her students while motivating them and teaching them the skills to to achieve their musical goals. 


As a performer, Rosalinda currently sings with Voci Women's Ensemble in San Francisco's East Bay and has sung with professional choirs and opera companies across California, such as Sacra Profana in San Diego and Village Church Opera Theatre in Rancho Bernardo. Her featured roles include  Papagena,  Susanna, and Cherubino in excerpts from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and Le Nozze Di Figaro, as well as Bradamante in scenes from Handel's Alcina with Sacramento State Opera Theater. She has also appeared in the chorus for Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors, Strauss's  Die Fledermaus, Gilbert and Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore, and Bizet's Carmen.


She is a graduate of Sacramento State's School of Music (B.A. Music, Voice) where she was an active member of the University Chorale and Opera Theater.  She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from Southwestern College, where she is a recognized member of their Chamber Singers Hall of Fame and a Music Performance Club Scholarship recipient.


Rosalinda is also a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and the Music Teacher Association of California (MTAC).
